I am a jack of all trades and I’m really good at all these trades. I don’t get mired in distractions and details. I’m focused, blending a unique mixture of technical prowess and imaginative spontaneity by drawing from a deep well of creativity. I’m good at what I do because I’m passionate about music. It’s all about the music.

December update
The book, LMMS: The Complete Dance Music Manual [working title] is 2 chapters away from being done! Lila Rose’s album is also back from the presses and looking good! We’re going to have a CD release party in February that I will announce.
New album getting underway with Daniel Berkman where we are limiting ourselves to only an SH101 and Jupiter 8. Really excited about this one.
I will be attending the NAMM show, so whoever would like to go get a drink, just let me know!

Once Upon a Monster is out!
It’s out!
This is the first Kinect game I’ve done so far. I had another Kinect game hot on its heels, but I grew up with Sesame Street.
Now that I have friends with kids, I gotta have them try this out!
October Update
Another game is coming from Double Fine with additional musical offerings from David Earl. More details as soon as they become available…
Looks like Egypt is looking for a new sound, and David is working with Ahmed Azzam and the amazing Mohammad Mounir to craft something new for the new Egyptian music scene.
David is still writing a book for Packt Publishing… that goes through December. He’s got his nose to the grindstone.
More offerings of sflogicninja are coming to MacProVideo. Go check out his latest offering exploring vocoding. Once again, he explains how military tech turns creative!
Pyramind Online has a new Mainstage video coming out from sflogicninja that has to do with using loopback and playback in Mainstage.
David also helped out the band the Kooks lately, giving an interim solution to syncing Mainstage sessions for redundancy

David also visited with Jack Wall, the amazing composer for Mass Effect and Mass Effect 2. The new offerings coming from Jack are astounding!

• David Earl Production and Rich Pageant win a Telly award for Pattern’s ‘Community Commitment’. David Earl Production provided all audio production. Music Composition was also provided by David Earl.

Ok, finally getting back into the internet. Here’s an update:
• 2 Chapters done for the LMMS book I’m writing
• Finishing production on Lila Rose’s album
• Working on game music for something I can’t really talk about… maybe a hint… it’s furry.
• Logic User Groups are every 1st Monday of the month, at the SF Apple Store on Stockton and Market
• There’s a new video up at macprovideo! I did a series on the EV synths. Check it out, you’ll be surprised.
• New series coming for PyramindOnline. Keep on the lookout.
